When a group is to reserve blocks of tee times or schedule a shotgun start at the U of M Les Bolstad GC, the following policies will apply:
 
University departments or student groups will receive priority when scheduling dates of events.  Verification of a group's affiliation will be required by a letter from the respective department head or the Student Activities Office.

Rental rates for group use are approved by the Sports Facilities Scheduling Committee and/or the Program Policy Board and are determined by management of the golf course.  University department or student groups must book their event prior to February 1st in the desired year of the event to receive any available special rates.  Group rates for use of the golf course are uniform for all groups if booked after February 1st.

Payment for all group outings must be made in advance by credit card or check and will be processed the day of the event.    

Cancellations / Weather Issues:  Any changes to your group’s participation numbers must be done 7 days in advance.  Cancellation or changes made inside the 7 day window are subject to billing at the discretion of the management.
 
Please note:  The general public is able to make starting times 14 days in advance.  If you need to ADD players to your event, there may be limited availability if you make adjustments inside the 14 day window.  Please plan accordingly.
 
Damages:  Any damages to the property, equipment and/or facility will be paid by the group.  Please inform your guests of this policy to prevent further action.
