University of Minnesota - Les Bolstad Golf Course in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Open to the public and located in St. Paul, the Tom Vardon-designed University of Minnesota - Les Bolstad Golf Course is a classic style throwback ... weaving its tree-lined path through the history of Minnesota golf. Legends like Tom Lehman, Patty Berg, John Harris, Louis Lick, Karen Weiss and Les Bolstad have navigated their way around its tight fairways, ancient trees and elevated greens.

Since its humble beginnings as a nine-hole executive track, the Bolstad course has blossomed into a 6,100-yard challenge of accuracy, skill and creativity.

"The Driving Range is Open! Hours of operation are 9am-7pm. Please call 612-627-4002 for further driving range updates (hours may change due to frost or wet conditions.

The Golf Course is Open! The greens are excellent and we are operating at regular hours.

The Pro Shop has new inventory of clubs and M Golf apparel for 2009. Please come to check it out and take a look at our 2008 clearance.

"Golf with Goldy" will take place May 9th from 1pm to 2:30pm.

"Golf with Goldy" seeks to introduce kids in the Twin Cities to the game of golf, the Les Bolstad University Golf Course, and the men's and women's Golden Gopher golf programs.

To sign up for "Golf with Goldy", please email mgolf@umn.edu with the name, age, and hometown of the child attending. The event is free of charge and open to children 18 and under.
